In 2014 Denis McGlynn rebuilt and transformed our 2 bedroomed one storey house (750sq ft) into a modern spacious two storey 1900 sq ft home. The rebuild involved knocking all but the front two rooms of the old Edwardian cottage to create a spacious modern interior. Not only did Denis undertake the work with good humour and diligence but his attention to detail and time ensured that the work was completed within the agreed 6 month time frame and within budget. The standard of finish is superb. It’s four years now since Denis began the work on our house and we have had no problems.
Denis is not just an effective project manager, he also has an excellent eye for design. His guidance throughout the building process was invaluable; his advice on the sourcing of materials to the placing of everything from showers to the kitchen aided us immensely in the decision- making process.
We really can’t recommend Denis enough, his work was outstanding.
