Denis McGlynn completed a major building renovation on our home in Goatstown Dublin in 2011. The period of work was over three months. This involved removal of internal walls, installation of a new heating system with underfloor heating, (including installation of new flooring) conversion of three rooms into one open plan area, upgrading the overall house insulation including external wall insulation, and all plumbing electrical paint and tiling finishes. Conversion of box room to utility room and upgrade on bathroom.
Denis liaised and coordinated with our architect and the relevant specialist contractors. All works were completed on time and within budget. Denis was very reliable, and a solid, hard worker who kept us regularly updated throughout the process.
